Marielle Paiva

Marielle Paiva is an accomplished professional with a strong background in growth marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Currently serving as Partner & Director of Growth and General Manager for the New Clients Business Unit at Neon since January 2022, Marielle oversees customer acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives while leading a senior cross-functional team in various key areas. Prior to this role, Marielle held the position of Director of Growth Marketing at Red Ventures and has experience in sourcing and business strategy from positions at Ambev, BTG Pactual, and Ericsson. Marielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and participated in an exchange program at the University of Toronto.
