Joy Mphande

Joy Mphande is an experienced journalist and multi-platform content creator with a diverse background in writing, broadcasting, and social media management. Currently serving as a journalist at Sunday Times since July 2022, Joy also writes for ZAlebs and has contributed to various other media outlets, including Massiv Metro, Longevity Magazine, and 1485 Radio Today, where roles include radio presenter, content producer, and technical producer. With a National Certificate in Journalism, Art Journalism obtained in 2017 and training from Cape Town Jazz Festival, Joy has developed a versatile skill set enriched by experiences as a television host and assistant photographer.
