Sean McGuffin

Sean McGuffin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sean started as a Quality Engineer at Times Microwave Systems in 2011, where they performed root cause analysis and hosted source inspections for major clients like Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. Sean also prepared first article report packages and tracked non-conformance metrics for quality improvement.

In 2014, Sean became a Program Manager and Manager of a startup production cell at Times Microwave Systems. Under their leadership, the product line saw a significant increase in sales revenue. Sean secured long-term contracts for programs like the Northrop Grumman G/ATOR, SAAB Gripen Fighter, and BAE IDECM towed decoy.

From 2019 to 2022, Sean worked as a Process Engineer at Marmon Utility LLC. Sean was responsible for the stranding department and the design of components. Sean'sexpertise included working with rigid cage and double twist stranding machines for medium voltage class B aluminum and copper conductors primarily used in underground power applications.

Currently, Sean is a Senior Program Manager at Times Microwave Systems, a position they started in 2022.

Sean McGuffin attended the University of Connecticut from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
