Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson has worked in the technology sector since 1993, beginning their career at Hewlett-Packard as an Information Technologies Services Operations. In 2002, they moved to Agilent Technologies as a Solutions Consultant. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Technical Support Engineer and Professional Services at Configuresoft, which was acquired by EMC. At EMC, they were involved in Continued Product Development. In 2010, they joined VMware as a Sr. Manager of Technical Services, VCloud Air, Client Experience, Manager Special Projects, Analytics and Telemetry, and Regional Escalation Manager. In 2017, they moved to Elastic as a Support Engineer and in 2022 they joined Timescale as a Technical Support Manager.

Ryan Johnson is currently enrolled in the Computer Science program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
