Saiba Sharmeen

Saiba Sharmeen is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG analysis with experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sustainability Associate at TimesSquare Capital Management since April 2022, Saiba previously held the position of Senior ESG Analyst at StepStone Group. Prior to this role, Saiba worked as a Senior Sustainable Investing Fellow at 17 Asset Management and as an ESG and Impact Reporting Analyst at SVT Group, where contributions included compiling the SVT Impact Report and supporting impact management projects. Early experiences include an ESG Research Internship at Emerging Markets Investors Alliance and a Sustainability Internship at NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, alongside various consulting roles that focused on sustainability frameworks and reports. Education includes a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Monash University.
