Erin Costantini

Erin Costantini has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erin began their career as an Assistant Planner at Waterworks in 2004 and later worked as a Recruiter at Impact Staffing Solutions from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Sportech, Inc. as a Manager, HR & Talent, contributing to the company's growth and success for five years. In 2016, Erin Costantini joined Timex Group, where they initially held the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the HR Director, People & Culture, overseeing the company's talent management and development strategies.

Erin Costantini completed their education at Quinnipiac University from 2000 to 2004, earning a B.A degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations. Prior to that, they attended St. Joseph's High School from 1996 to 2000.
