Jenna Dudek

Jenna Dudek, MBA, has a strong background in finance with experience in various roles throughout their career. Jenna started their professional journey at The Timken Company in 2004 as an Analyst, providing support to the financial controller group. Jenna then progressed to become an Operations Analyst, where they supported plant controllers worldwide and played a key role in integrating business activities to an ERP System.

In 2007, Jenna moved on to become a Financial Analyst at The Timken Company's corporate center, where they coordinated the annual selling and administrative plan and acted as a Sarbanes-Oxley specialist for corporate fixed assets. After that, they took on the role of Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial guidance and analysis to the Corporate Controller, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Business Units. Jenna also analyzed the financial results of competitors and peer companies during this time.

In 2010, Jenna became a Principal Financial Analyst, leading and driving change at a newly acquired entity to achieve record sales and earnings performance. Jenna analyzed monthly operating results and assisted in an ERP upgrade and evaluation. Jenna continued their career progression as a Front End Finance Specialist, where they provided financial support and analysis for a $400 million business segment. Jenna also acted as a revenue recognition work stream lead during the company separation, collaborating with KPMG for data and analysis.

Currently, Jenna is employed at TimkenSteel Corporation as a Sr. Finance Specialist - Sales & Strategy. In this role, they are the financial lead and business advisor for the commercial organization, providing comprehensive financial analysis. Jenna has established key performance metric scorecards to measure sales manager performance and develops business cases to support investments and enhance the commercial strategy.

Jenna Dudek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sam Houston State University. Jenna completed their MBA program from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, Jenna obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Malone University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
