IT Project Delivery Manager at Timmons Group

Stephanie Herman has worked in various roles throughout their career. Stephanie started in 2010 at UNOS, where they held positions such as Administrative Assistant in Evaluation and Quality, Administrative Assistant in Membership, and Compliance Operations Coordinator in Membership. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Project Analyst in UNOS's IT PMO, where they assisted in project planning and execution. Stephanie later became a Project Manager/ScrumMaster in the same department, leading and overseeing projects using both waterfall and Agile methodologies. In 2015, Stephanie joined the Dept. of Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board as an IT Project Manager in General Services. Currently, they are working as an IT Project Delivery Manager at Timmons Group since 2016.

Stephanie Herman, CSM, CSPO, PMP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Management from Virginia College Online, which they obtained from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma in Business from Lloyd C. Bird High School, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their educational background, Stephanie has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Two years prior, in 2014, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the same institution. Furthermore, they possess an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT, which they obtained in January 2014. Most recently, Stephanie acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
