Guy Shaya is a Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Timora - Real Estate Fund, specializing in acquiring, improving, and managing investments in employment, industry, and logistics properties in Israel. With extensive experience in real estate, Guy was also a Co-Founder & Co-CEO at DAGAN Yielding Properties Management Ltd., focusing on purchasing and managing office, industrial, and logistic assets in Israel. Additionally, Guy was a Co-Founder & Director at GAYA, an entrepreneurial real estate company specializing in urban renewal projects. Prior to their roles in real estate, Guy served as a Business Development Manager at BSR Europe, a publicly traded real estate development company, and worked as a Lawyer at Epshtein, Chomsky and Co. Law Office. Guy holds a LL.B degree from Bar-Ilan University.
