Kevin Pratt

Kevin Pratt has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily with Tindall Corporation where roles have included Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Designer, and Estimator. Since August 2018, Kevin has worked as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of project scope and ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications. Prior to this, Kevin served as Project Coordinator at the Virginia Division of Tindall Corporation, focusing on preconstruction planning and coordination. Earlier experience includes estimating and design work for D.W. Lyle Corporation and Tindall Corporation, where Kevin specialized in coordinating design-build projects and performing precast concrete member designs. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Old Dominion University.
