Jerome Lansang

Jerome Lansang has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jerome started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Safeway from August 2012 to October 2014, where they handled inventory, prescription filling, and maintained knowledge of medications.

Jerome then transitioned to Safeway's IT department as an IT Specialist in October 2015 until April 2017. In this role, they provided support for pharmacy applications, resolved tickets, and ensured follow-up work was completed.

Simultaneously, from September 2015 to April 2017, Jerome also worked as a Specialty Pharmacy Care Project Manager at Safeway. Here, they conducted benefits investigation, coordinated care, and managed therapy support for patients on specialty pharmacy products.

Jerome continued to expand their skillset by attending Coding Dojo in May 2017, where they gained experience as a Student Web Developer until August 2017.

In October 2017, Jerome joined Malwarebytes as a Customer Success Technical Engineer (B2B) until April 2019. Jerome then took on the role of an Implementation Specialist from April 2019 to October 2020, before being promoted to the position of Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) from October 2020 to September 2022.

Currently, Jerome is working at Tines as a Customer Success Manager, starting from September 2022.

Jerome Lansang's education history begins with their graduation from Aragon High School in 2007, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended College of San Mateo from 2007 to 2011, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
