Martin Leinar has had a varied work experience since 2009. Martin began their career as a Telemarketing employee at Kundpartner AB in 2009. In 2013, they took on an internship as a Marketing intern at Örgryte IS Fotboll. In 2014, Martin became a Project Manager at Tillväxt Motala AB. In 2016, they were hired as Sales Manager and Account Manager at Asedo Sverige AB. In 2018, Martin began working at Tingent as the Head of Sales, Business Area Manager, Business Developer, and Team Manager - Client Relations.

Martin Leinar completed their Secondary education in Society and economics - Sports profile at Platengymnasiet from 2006 to 2009. Martin then completed a Basic coaching education at Platengymnasiet in 2009. Finally, they completed their Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics in Marketing at the University of Borås from 2010 to 2014.
