Henrik Engström

Henrik Engström has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Henrik is currently working at Tink as a Talent Director. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR, Business Support at Evolution where they were responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy. Henrik also served as the Head HR at Northmill Bank, overseeing various HR processes and talent acquisition. Henrik worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bannerflow, focusing on building a world-class team. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Kambi, managing HR activities for the company in Sweden. Henrik began their career at MediaMarkt Sverige, holding multiple roles such as HR Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Manager of HR Competence Development & Talent Management. Henrik started their professional journey as a Project Leader/Researcher at Navigio, where they conducted executive search within various industries.

Henrik Engström received a B.Sc in Human Resource Management from Mid Sweden University between 2002 and 2006.
