Lucy Grant

Lucy Grant is an experienced Business Development and Strategy professional currently serving as the Business Development & Strategy Director at Tink since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading new sales for major strategic accounts and overseeing the go-to-market strategy for the Payments vertical. Previously, Lucy held various roles at Bain & Company from September 2018 to September 2022, progressing from Associate Consultant to Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant, while also completing a secondment as a Commercial Associate at Cleo. Additionally, Lucy contributed to England Lacrosse as a Senior Women's Performance Squad member from 2014 to 2022, earning two European Championships and over 30 international caps. Lucy's early career also included an internship in the Office of the Chief Investment Officer at CDC Group plc. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Durham University, completed in 2016.
