Victor Guter

Victor Guter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and strategic project management, currently serving as Commercial Director and Global Head of Startups, Scale-ups and SMBs at Tink since June 2021. Prior to this, Victor held key roles at Marshall Group, including Head of Corporate Development and Head of Strategic Projects, and served as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where the focus was on strategic projects involving disruptive technologies. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and a leadership program at the Stockholm School of Economics. Victor's early career included internships as an equity analyst at ABG Sundal Collier and project support in financial reporting at JM AB.
