Zuzanna Andziak

Zuzanna Andziak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people management, currently serving as a Senior People Generalist/HRBP at Tink since August 2021. In this role, Zuzanna is instrumental in growing Tink's tech and product hub while overseeing the entire recruitment process and candidate life cycle. As a co-founder of UX Hive, Zuzanna also contributes to innovative initiatives in the HR field. Previously at Amrop Polska, Zuzanna held various positions from Consultant to Project Specialist, focusing on top management recruitment and client engagement. Zuzanna's career commenced at Akademickie Centrum Psychoterapii, where organizational skills were honed in customer service. Zuzanna holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology of Informatics and Communication from Uniwersytet SWPS and has furthered education at the EY Academy of Business Polska and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
