Robert L'Herminez

Robert L'Herminez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Robert began their career as a Financial Advisor at Rabobank Aar en Plassengebied in 1997, where they later transitioned to become a Investment Advisor until 2001. Following this, they worked at ING Private Banking as a Senior Investment Advisor and played a role in acquiring new clients. At ING Investment Management, Robert worked as a Portfolio Manager for Institutional Clients, responsible for managing relationships with pension funds and providing investment advice. Robert then joined Rabobank Salland as a Team Leader in Private Banking before moving on to serve as a Branch Manager at Rabobank Vaart en Vechtstreek. During their time at Rabobank Vaart en Vechtstreek, they led a team, was a member of the Management Team, and was responsible for sales planning, budgeting, human resource management, and overall branch performance. Robert also took a sabbatical from 2014-2015. Most recently, they worked at Tinka as the Head of Consumer Experience, where they led the consumer experience team.

Robert L'Herminez attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in H.E.A.O. with a focus on Economics. In 2017, they studied at NIBE-SVV Opleidingen‎ and completed a course in WFT-Consumptief. In 2016, they also completed a course in WFT-basis at the same institution.
