Nao Otsubo

Nao Otsubo has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Nao began their career at Parsons Brinckerhoff UK as a Project Manager, then moved to Parsons Brinckerhoff USA in 2010 as an Engineering Technical Lead. In 2014, they were a Product Manager (MBA Intern) at Amazon.co.uk. Nao then worked as a Consultant (MBA Intern) at Wriggle App and Voyage Control in 2015. In the same year, they were an Associate Director at Kantar Vermeer. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant for various start-ups. In 2018, they became the VP of Operations at Primed Technologies, where they worked to redefine Conversational AI. In 2021, they founded perapa, and in 2022 they became the Chief Of Staff at MODE, Inc.

Nao Otsubo has an extensive educational background. Nao obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2003-2004. Nao then went on to obtain a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the same institution in 2004-2006. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in General Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2006-2007. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Marketing from London Business School in 2013-2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nao Otsubo holds several professional certifications, including a Design Sprint Masterclass from AJ&Smart GmbH in 2018, Up and Running with Adobe Reports and Analytics from LinkedIn in 2017, Professional Engineer from California, USA in 2013, and Chartered Civil Engineer from the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom in 2009.
