Hilary Lambert has held a variety of roles in the education and outdoor industries. In 2021, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University. From 2019 to present, they have served as Chief Executive Officer and Program Coordinator at Wasatch Mountain Institute, Tinkergarten Leader at Tinkergarten, and Environmental Education Consultant. From 2017 to 2019, they were Director of Children's Ministry at Wasatch Presbyterian Church. From 2014 to 2017, they were Teacher and Science Professional Development Specialist at Madeleine Choir School. From 2010 to 2014, they were Teacher and Outdoor Program Faculty at Waterford School. From 2011 to present, they have also worked as a Guide at Adventure Treks and KAYAK ADVENTURES WORLDWIDE, LLC.
Hilary Lambert earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington between 2005 and 2009. Hilary then went on to earn a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Weber State University between 2014 and 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Utah Mountain Adventures (Avalanche Level II), Utah Society for Environmental Education (Environmental Educator), Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics (Leave No Trace Master Educator), and NOLS Wilderness Medicine (WFR).
