Sarah O'Donald has been working in the field of education since 2010. Sarah started their career as a Special Education Teacher for Teach For America in 2010, then moved to East Feliciana School Board as a Special Education Resource Teacher in the same year. In 2012, they joined Three Rivers Center for Independent Living (TRCIL) as a Youth Coordinator, providing transition related trainings to students with disabilities. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Wesley Family Services as a Child and Family Therapist, and then as a Mental Health Therapist in a partial hospital setting in a K-6 Acute program. Since 2018, Sarah has also been working as a Leader for Tinkergarten. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Therapy Source, Inc. as a Professional School Counselor (teletherapy).
Sarah O'Donald received their Master's degree in Counseling Psychology/School Counseling from Carlow University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Women's Studies from Pennsylvania State University- University Park, PA in 2010. In July 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified K-12 School Counselor from the Pa. Department of Education.
