Sophia Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Sophia began their career as the Founder & Editor In Chief of Hip Hop Scriptures in 2013. In 2016, they became a Senior Digital Producer at Addison. In 2017, they were the Head of Content Strategy and Social Thought Leadership Lead at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. In 2018, they joined SocialMedia.org as a Board Member. In 2019, they founded Dulcet Partners and became the Owner & Chief Creative Officer there. In 2020, they became the CEO and Founder of Tinted-Glass BIPOC Careers, Owner & Executive Creative Director of Chicago Hoodies, Senior Director Product Marketing at PCMA, and Content Marketing Manager at Neustar, Inc. Most recently, they were appointed Associate Director, Digital Strategy at Ketchum in 2022.

Sophia Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2001. Prior to that, they attended Lane Technical College Prep High School from 1992 to 1994. In addition, they obtained a Human-Centered Design certification from Coursera in December 2015 and a Numerix Financial Engineer certification from Numerix in February 2011.
