Lise Mailliard

Lise Mailliard is a co-founder of TinyBird, a company dedicated to creating healthy and delicious alternatives to typically ultra-processed products, with a focus on fruit-based candies made from organic superfoods, free from aromas, colorants, and preservatives, since September 2017. Prior to this role, Lise served as a consultant at Alcimed and completed internships at CSIRO, focusing on antiviral drug polymer therapeutics, and at IFREMER, working on microelectrode calibration and optimization. Lise holds several degrees, including an engineering degree from Chimie ParisTech, a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from PSL Research University, a Master 1 focused on nanosciences and energy from Université Paris Cité, and a chemistry degree from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Lise's foundational education includes a scientific baccalaureate from Ecole alsacienne.
