Martijn Mulder

Martijn Mulder's work experience begins with their current role as the Founder & CEO of TIP Hospitality, a hospitality lifestyle platform that launched in July 2021. Their focus with TIP is to provide hospitality professionals with industry discounts, perks, education, and career opportunities while also helping hospitality venues generate incremental revenue.

Prior to TIP Hospitality, Martijn worked at Marriott International from 2016 to 2020 as the General Manager of W London Leicester Square. During their time there, they managed and drove a full hotel renovation, including the renovation of the W Lounge and Bar in 2017 and a guest room renovation with trend-setting in-room technology experiences in 2018.

Before joining Marriott, Martijn held various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 2001 to 2016. Their positions included Hotel Manager at Aloft London Excel, where they achieved growth in all rooms and food and beverage segments, Director of Sales for the Southern Germany area, Director of Sales and Marketing at Sheraton Bratislava Hotel, and Sales Manager for multiple Starwood Hotels in the Netherlands.

Additionally, Martijn served as a board member for The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in The Slovak Republic from 2010 to 2012, where they represented the Dutch community and dedicated himself to charity causes.
