Charlotte Rondeau is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the European Talent Acquisition Projects Manager at TIP Group since January 2020, Charlotte manages recruitment processes for Southern Europe, oversees integration programs, and leads initiatives related to diversity and inclusion. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions at TFS - Canada’s International School, Origen Financial Services, and Resource Solutions, where responsibilities included recruitment, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management.
