Brandon Porter

Brandon Porter has a strong background in software engineering. Brandon is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Tipico - North America since June 2023. Previously, they worked at Discord as a Software Engineer from October 2021 to November 2022, where they contributed to full-stack development of the Discord app using TypeScript and React. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Developer at Hulu from March 2016 to July 2021, focusing on front-end development for living room devices using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML/CSS. Brandon also gained experience as a Student Software Developer at Purdue University Krannert School of Management from January 2013 to February 2016, where they developed C#.NET applications for various platforms. Additionally, they interned at Hulu in 2015, working on core new features for living room devices, and at Salesforce in 2014, developing a feature for their Marketing Cloud clients. Before their software engineering career, Brandon worked as a Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy from August 2011 to December 2012.

Brandon Porter attended Purdue University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
