Justine Gonzalez

Justine Gonzalez is an experienced capacity building manager currently working at Tipping Point Community since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a per diem workshop facilitator at The Center for Anti-Violence Education and an independent consultant specializing in project management, talent recruitment, and program design for various nonprofit organizations. Notably, Justine served as the manager of employment services at Red Hook Initiative, providing workforce development support to over 100 young adults annually. Additional experience encompasses positions at Moore Philanthropy, Disney ABC Television Group, Free Arts NYC, exalt youth, The New York Juvenile Justice Initiative, and Henry Street Settlement. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Smith College and a Master of Science in Urban Policy from The New School.
