Jamie Vela, CPTD, is a highly experienced instructional systems specialist currently serving as a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist for the Sailor 2025 RRL Program at Tipping Point Solutions Inc. since July 2020. Vela's diverse professional background includes positions such as Instructional Systems Designer for the USADF Program at eT and Instructional Developer 3 at Salient CRGT, along with various roles in instructional design and training across multiple organizations. Vela's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning and a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Instructional Design from Boise State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston. Vela also holds a BS in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Maryland and has a rich history of service in the US Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer, Intelligence Specialist.
