Anuja Kochhar

Anuja Kochhar is the Group CHRO at Tipsons Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Anuja held the position of Vice President Human Resource and Admin at Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd., where she also served in various roles such as AVP - Human Resources & Admin and Sr. Manager - Human Resources. Before joining Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd., Anuja was the DGM - Human Resources at MaRS Planning & Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. Anuja holds an MBA in Human Resources from Gujarat University, an MA in Psychology from Singhania University, and is currently pursuing a PG Programme in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR.
