Reza Syahdan

Reza Syahdan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they started their career as a Back Office Management Staff at PT DONA UTAMA JAYA - Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel, where they primarily handled data entry tasks. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an English Teacher at international Education Centre, teaching students of different age groups.

In 2015, Reza moved on to SMK Buana Bahari Medan as an English Teacher, focusing on senior high school students and adults. During this time, they also coached the North Sumatra's NSDC National Debate Team for Palu in 2016 while working at the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Debating and Public Speaking Coach at SMAN 3 Medan.

In 2017, Reza transitioned to the legal field and worked as a Secretary to Legal Foreign Consultant at Makarim & Taira S. Here, they provided administrative and secretarial support, managed timesheets and billing, handled correspondence, and followed up on client requests.

Reza then shifted their focus to marketing and community management roles. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Shopee as an Associate and then Junior Associate, responsible for project seller community marketing and development. At Tebengan Indonesia, they held multiple positions, including Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Lead, and Marketing & Users Community Lead. In these roles, Reza managed user communities, initiated marketing strategies, organized roadshows and campaigns, recruited teams, and analyzed user growth.

Their most recent position is the Community Partnership Manager at TipTip, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Reza has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and successfully handle various responsibilities related to community management, marketing, teaching, and administrative tasks.

Reza Syahdan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Universitas Terbuka from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Management from Politeknik Ganesha Medan. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired a Project Management Support Certificate from LinkedIn in February 2021 and became certified as an Invited Adjudicator for the National University Debating Championship by the Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi in August 2015.
