Roberto Vieyra Navarro is an accomplished educator and counselor with extensive experience in both K-12 and higher education settings. Currently serving as a Counselor at the Farmworkers Institute of Education & Leadership Development since August 2022 and as Adjunct Counseling Faculty at Bakersfield College since June 2022, Roberto has a strong background in supporting diverse student populations. Previous roles include Substitute Teacher positions in the Tipton County School District and Earlimart Schools District, along with experience as an Academic Advisor and Academic Liaison at Bakersfield College. Roberto holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential and advanced degrees in Counseling and Sociology from California State University, Bakersfield, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish from Bakersfield College.
