Michael Donnelly

Michael Donnelly has a diverse work experience, primarily in the areas of compliance, risk management, and auditing. Michael worked as a Vice President of SOX Compliance and Risk Management at Tiptree Inc. from 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at CohnReznick LLP from 2013 to 2015. Michael also served as the Global Director of Internal Auditing at Comverse, Inc. from 2009 to 2013 and as a Program Director for SOX Compliance at Tekni-Plex Incorporated from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they had various roles at AT&T, including Program Manager, Process Engineering Manager, Program Manager, Process Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Internal Auditor. Additionally, they supported Thailand Campus Crusade for Christ as a supporter from 2016 onwards.

Michael Donnelly attended London Business School from 1999 to 2000, where they completed an Executive Education Program in Advanced Management. Prior to this, from 1980 to 1982, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Michael Donnelly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Organizational Development from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1976 to 1980.
