Laurens Leurink

Laurens Leurink has an extensive work experience in the technology and travel industry. Laurens currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Tiqets, a company that makes culture more accessible by helping people discover and enjoy museums and attractions around the world. Prior to this, Laurens was a self-employed advisor, investor, and board member.

Laurens also has experience as the CEO of Docly, a part of the e-health revolution, where they aimed to provide faster and more affordable healthcare through digital work processes. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Distribution at Amadeus IT Group and as the President of the Global Lodging Group at Expedia, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Laurens held various executive roles, including interim CEO at Intercept, COO and Board Member at Booking.com, Co-founder and Managing Director of Ditzo.nl at Fortis Insurance, and Managing Director at PoliService B.V. and Better.be B.V.

Throughout their career, Laurens has gained experience and expertise in driving growth, implementing digital strategies, and leading global teams.

Laurens Leurink obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business/Economics from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 1992 to 1993.
