Paolo Fatone

Paolo Fatone has a diverse work experience in the tourism and events industry. Paolo is currently working at Tiqets as the Regional Director for Central, Southern Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, they held roles as the Regional Manager for Italy and the City Manager for Rome at Tiqets. Paolo is also a member of the European tourism association, ETOA. In the past, they worked as a Project Manager at Kuoni Destination Management and as a Business Travel Manager and Project Leader at Triumph Group International. Paolo is also the co-founder and co-owner of ItalyXP.com, an online travel agency focused on offering unique travel experiences in Italy. Paolo has held various positions in the events and tourism industry, including roles at NH Hotels and G&S Congresos y Convenciones. Paolo's experience encompasses sales, project management, and event planning.

Paolo Fatone completed their education with a series of degrees and certifications over the years. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and obtained an Academic degree in Cultural heritage for Tourism specialists in 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor Degree at the same university from 2009 to 2011, specializing in the planning and management of tourism systems.

In 2013, Paolo enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they pursued a Second Bachelor degree in Tourism Economics and Management. Paolo completed this degree in 2018 and also earned an Advanced Master Degree in the same field of study.

Additionally, Paolo obtained certifications in various fields. In July 2011, they received Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from Croce Rossa Italiana. More recently, in March 2021, they obtained a certification in Google Ads for Rete Display from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
