Silvia Galdini

Silvia Galdini has a diverse range of work experience in the art and cultural sector. Silvia has recently worked as a Support Coordinator at Tiqets, where they coordinated between first-tier and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional support. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Project Coordinator at De Structura, where they successfully organized a Forum that brought together participants from 15 nationalities. Silvia also has experience as a Team Marketing and Communication member at Student Representatives FASoS, where they collaborated on campaigns and initiatives to promote student life and academic programs. Silvia was also a member of the Education Programme Committee, representing student interests and facilitating communication between students, faculty, and administration. Additionally, Silvia has worked as a Cultural Engagement Specialist at SCHUNCK, conducting research on cultural participation trends and developing comprehensive cultural profiles for young visitor personas. Silvia has also collaborated with the Amsterdam Museum as an External Collaborator, where they assessed the curation of an exhibition and developed a strategy for interpreting and presenting research material. Silvia has previous experience as an Assistant Curator and Talent Scouting at ARS Art Space, a Gallery Assistant at MIA Fair, and a Blogger Intern at Circuito case museo di Milano. Silvia'searliest work experience was as Event Staff at Wikimania Esino lario, where they gained practical event management skills.

Silvia Galdini's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from Liceo Classico e Linguistico statale Alessandro Manzoni, Lecco, from 2013 to 2018. Silvia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media and Cultural Events at IULM University from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Silvia is completing their Master's degree in Art and Heritage: Policy, Management, and Education at Maastricht University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Silvia has obtained several certifications. In February 2021, they achieved an IELTS C1 certification from IELTS Official. Subsequently, in March 2022, they completed the Social Dutch A1 certification from Universiteit Maastricht. Silvia also pursued various professional certifications, including Time Management Training from ICM in November 2022, and Google Ads - Measurement Certification and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2022. Silvia further expanded their skill set with a certification in Creating meaningful inclusive practices from the International Council of Museums (ICOM) in January 2022. Notably, Silvia also intends to complete a certification in Project Management for Beginners from the Project Management Institute in May 2023.
