Sachin Latawa

Sachin Latawa has a diverse range of work experience. Sachin is currently the Founder and CEO of tirios since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Board Advisor for Investment and Financial Services Committee at FinTech4Good since May 2020. From September 2018 to October 2019, Sachin served as the Chief Financial Officer at Builders Capital. Sachin also held the position of Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate at Icahn Enterprises (NASDAQ: IEP) from April 2015 to September 2018. Before that, Sachin worked as a Vice President/M&A at Fortress Investment Group from April 2014 to April 2015. Sachin spent a significant part of their early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they held the position of Director - Transaction services from August 2006 to March 2014. Prior to that, Sachin worked at Deloitte & Touche in Global offering services from May 2005 to August 2006, and at Oracle as a Senior Analyst from September 2003 to May 2005.

Sachin Latawa began their education history with the completion of the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018. Following this, they pursued further advancement in the field of real estate by enrolling in the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University in 2019.
