Matthew Orlando

Matthew Orlando, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Tishman Speyer since October 2020, Matthew has held similar roles at the Rainbow Room and has extensive experience at Thompson Hotels, where responsibilities included overseeing People Services and coordinating training programs. Prior roles include HR Coordinator at Omni Hotels, where Matthew managed labor relations and FMLA claims, as well as earlier positions such as Assistant Hotel Manager at Ocean View Inn and various roles focused on event logistics and food service. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2011.
