As a consultant for numerous years, Flavia worked with Fortune 500 companies to maintain strong market positions in light of disruptive competition and technological advancements. Since 2019, Flavia has been Titan’s Head of Operations and Communications, working side-by-side with the company’s founders to craft the Titan story and value proposition, enable business operations, own company-wide communication, and ensure organizational health.
