Zachary Waldman

Mr. Waldman joined the Titan Capital team in 2016 and is responsible for originating, underwriting, and analyzing new debt and equity commercial real estate financing opportunities. Mr. Waldman is also responsible for overseeing the insurance obligations for the loans in Titan’s portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Waldman assists with asset management and oversight of properties Titan owns, investor relations, and marketing.

Mr. Waldman is a graduate of The University of Miami School of Business where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
