Dimitris Davos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dimitris began their career in 1988 as an Accountant at Fibra S.A. and then worked as a Chief Accountant at D. Nicolaou & Sons S.A. from 1989 to 1990. From 1995 to 1998, they served as a Financial Analyst and Treasurer at Heliopoulos Brothers S.A.
In 1998, Davos joined Motodynamics S.A. as the Treasurer & Credit Controller, where they managed the Treasury and Credit Control function. During their tenure, they provided financial analysis and managerial reporting to Yamaha Motor Europe.
In 2000, Davos moved to S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (now Imerys) as the Group Treasury Manager. Dimitris was responsible for managing the Treasury function of the group, including long-term and short-term funding design, trade finance, financial risk management, cash and liquidity management, bank relations, and international tax management. Dimitris also presented marketing acquisition finance information to potential lenders and communicated annual business strategy and plans to financial institutions.
Most recently, Davos has been working at Titan Cement Company SA since November 2015. Dimitris initially served as the Regional Finance Director for Eastern Mediterranean and then transitioned to the role of Regional Finance Director for South East Europe in September 2021. However, there is no information on the end date for this role.
Dimitris Davos obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Athinas in the years 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Sheffield from 1990 to 1991.
