Nicole Helfrich, holding multiple certifications including CIC, COC, CPC, CRCR, and CSPR, has extensive experience in healthcare revenue integrity and client success. Since December 2007, Nicole has advanced through several roles at Titan Health Management Solutions, culminating in the position of Director of Client Success, where responsibilities include leading client delivery and managing post-payment audits to identify lost revenue through comprehensive analysis of claims processing errors. Prior to this, from December 2005 to December 2007, Nicole served as Claims Supervisor at Pima Health System, overseeing a team of nine medical claims processors and managing high dollar claims and reconsiderations.
