Gretchen Roberts

Gretchen Roberts has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2004 as a Human Resources Assistant at Accenture. Gretchen then worked at Maersk Group as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator before moving on to Saffery Champness as a Senior HR Officer. In 2012, they joined Tullow Oil as an HR Advisor, where they provided coaching and support to staff and management. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an HR Consultant at Ask GRHR, assisting startups and SMEs with various HR services. In 2015, they also became the Head of HR at Global Prime Partners Ltd, a position they held until 2024. Currently, Gretchen holds the role of Group Human Resources Director at Titan Wealth Holdings, where they oversee the HR function.

Gretchen Roberts has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Executive and Management Coaching from GetSmarter. Prior to this, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD qualified) from London Metropolitan University between 2011 and 2013. In 2006, Gretchen earned a Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP) from BPP Law School. Gretchen also has a degree in Food and Consumer Sciences from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, which they received between 2001 and 2004. Most recently, in 2019, Gretchen pursued Agile talent training and earned a certification in Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) from ICAgile.
