Fergus Finn

Fergus Finn, PhD, is a cofounder and CTO at TitanML since January 2022, where the focus is on optimizing large language models for deployment. Prior to this role, Fergus served as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from September 2021 to October 2022, conducting research in quantum condensed matter physics, and at UCL from September 2020 to September 2021, specializing in quantum simulation and quantum machine learning. Fergus holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from King's College London, awarded in September 2020, and has a Master of Science in non-equilibrium systems from the same institution. Additionally, a BSci in physics was obtained from UCL, complemented by a year abroad at the University of Copenhagen.
