Lee Hronek

Lee Hronek possesses extensive experience in the real estate and escrow industries, currently serving as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Title First Agency, Inc since January 2007. With a strong background in managing complex transactions such as 1031 exchanges and probate cases, Lee has successfully tackled difficult escrows. As the Broker-Owner of Kolo-Hronek Realty since January 2003, Lee has coordinated administrative duties and developed programs for senior citizens and real estate agents. Previous roles include Independent Contractor at U S Title Agency, Inc and Vice-President, Chief Residential Escrow Officer at Continental Federal Savings and Loan, where Lee gained comprehensive knowledge in banking, mortgage lending, and residential and commercial closings. Educational credentials include studies at Anderson University and Cleveland State University.
