William Zabkar

William Zabkar is a seasoned professional in the title insurance industry, currently serving as Commercial Manager and Underwriting Counsel at Title First Agency since January 2013, where responsibilities include managing the commercial title department and providing underwriting counsel. Prior to this role, William worked as an Associate at Sikora Law LLC from December 2007 to January 2013, focusing on the analysis of title insurance claims and resolution of title issues. William also held the position of State Underwriting Counsel at Stewart Title Guaranty Company from November 1996 to December 2007, handling title insurance risk analysis, educational seminars for title agents, and administration of claims. William holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
