Jennifer Twigg

Jennifer Twigg has over ten years of experience in customer service and administrative support roles. Jennifer began their career as an Exhibition Coordinator and Festival Co-Organizer for the Chicago Zine Fest, where they helped coordinate over 200 events and exhibitions. Jennifer then transitioned to the customer support role at Milk and Honey Market, where they provided excellent customer service to clients. After a few years, they decided to move into the administrative field and took a position as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Jennifer later took a similar position at the Law Offices of Anna M. Durbin. In their current role as Office Manager at Title Forward, Jennifer oversees all office operations and provides support to the company's employees.

Jennifer Twigg has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Goucher College and is ABT in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago. Jennifer is also a Qualia Certified User.
