Scott Harper

Scott Harper is an engineer currently employed at Titus Engineering, P.A. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held positions as an Associate Application Engineer at both RedTail LiDAR Systems and 4D Tech Solutions, Inc. from November 2019 to October 2023. Scott gained early experience as a Year-Round Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where mentorship came from Ali Agha. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from West Virginia University, alongside experience as a Graduate Research Assistant under the guidance of Yu Gu, Ph. D., and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant focused on robotics systems design and control. Early career experience includes working as an IT Helpdesk Technician at WVU Statler CEMR.
