Bec Reis

Bec Reis is a professional with a background in psychology and extensive experience in talent optimization and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Lead of Strategic Partnerships at Titus Talent Strategies since March 2022, Bec focuses on solving talent challenges for clients and fostering collaborations among professionals. Previously, as a Consultant in Talent Optimization, Bec collaborated with hiring managers and analyzed psychometric assessment data. At Rogers Behavioral Health from June 2020 to March 2022, Bec developed therapeutic relationships with patients using evidence-based techniques and managed their progress. Bec also has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Reis Financial Services, where administrative support was provided to financial professionals. Bec holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
