Stephen Fowler

Stephen Fowler has a diverse work history, with experience in various industries. Stephen most recently worked as the Director of Recruiting at Titus Transport since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Recruiting Manager at AFC Transport from August 2020 to August 2021. Stephen also founded their own company, Fowler Recruiting Solutions, where they served as the Recruitment Professional and President from February 2019 to August 2020.

Before entering the recruiting field, Stephen worked at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., starting as an Internal Recruiter in April 2010 and rising to the positions of Field Recruiting Manager, HR Generalist, and then Recruiter Development Manager. Stephen also held roles as the HR Manager I and HR Manager II.

Stephen's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Midwest Tile, Marble and Granite from April 2005 to April 2010, as well as serving in the United States Army Reserve from February 1999 to February 2007 as a Combat Engineer, Team Leader, and Instructor.

Stephen's career began in the hospitality industry, where they worked as an Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from February 2000 to April 2005.

Stephen Fowler attended the University of Arkansas from 1999 to 2005, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, they pursued an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Hilton Culinary Arts College, which they completed in 2002.
