Debbie Batt

Debbie Batt is a seasoned hospitality industry professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Sales at Tivoli Lodge since January 2023, Debbie has also been an Independent Consultant for Batt Family Enterprises, Corp since July 2017 and previously held the role of Independent Hospitality Consultant at Batt Family System, LLC until December 2023. Prior to these roles, Debbie was Vice President of Sales at BENCHMARK, where responsibilities included employee relations and strategic communications for a portfolio of ten hotels. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gemstone Hotels & Resorts, Debbie led a team of sixteen, focusing on revenue and profitability improvements. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Park City Marriott and DoubleTree by Hilton, showcasing a consistent track record in building productive team cultures and executing successful marketing strategies.
