Anna Hueter

Anna Hueter currently serves in the role of Personalentwicklung at TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG since January 2024. Prior to this position, Anna worked as People and Culture Manager at Tiroler Sparkasse from March 2022 to December 2023, focusing on strategic and operational personnel development, employer branding, and workplace health management. Anna's career includes a tenure at SWAROVSKI as Talent, Learning and Culture Manager and as a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist, where contributions included enhancing employee and candidate experiences. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a production assistant on the James Bond film "Spectre" and as a delegate operations intern in Helsinki. Anna holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Organization Studies from Universität Innsbruck and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business & Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, along with additional education at Ichec Brussels Management School.
